NOSHOK 5030/5130 Series 5-Valve Natural Gas Manifold Valves, Hard Seat & Soft Seat/Tip

The NOSHOK 5030/5130 Series 5-Valve Natural Gas Manifold Valves, available in both hard seat and soft seat/tip configurations, are designed for use with differential pressure transmitters that require two isolation valves, two equalizing valves, and a vent valve for natural gas applications. The innovative Flare Pattern™ valve configuration ensures maximum clearance for fingers during operation. These valves are offered in block, single flange, or double flange connections, suitable for both remote and direct installation. Each valve undergoes stringent 100% helium leak testing to ensure performance and reliability, with a leak rate of 1 x 10-4 ml/s.

The 5030 Series hard seat valves are rated for 10,000 psi at 200 °F, while the 5130 Series soft seat/tip valves have a 6,000 psi pressure rating at the same temperature. Additionally, the 5130 Series valves feature a replaceable Acetal seat and straight through porting, enabling bidirectional, high-capacity flow and easy roddable cleaning on the block valves.
